Ryan Reynolds A 'Wreck' From Stunts

Ryan Reynolds dice che girare 'Safe House' lo ha reso "un relitto". L'attore canadese interpreta l'agente della CIA Matt Weston nel prossimo thriller di azione ed è stato molto coinvolto nei suoi stunt per il suo personaggio, nonostante i boss del film avessero assunto uno stuntman per le sue scene più fisiche.

Ha detto: "Ho lottato con questo ragazzo per cinque ore e finiremo più tardi.
"I combattimenti in questo film sono veramente lunghi e intensi e sono sgradevoli e ci sono morsi e sbattimenti di teste. Kung fu Canadese, lo chiamiamo noi.
"Continuo a vedere uno stuntman vestito come me, ma non sembrano volerlo inserire. Sono un relitto, ma poi dico: 'Sono io che devo farmi prendere il culo a calci da un mercenario di 140 kg'."
Il co-protagonista di Ryan, Denzel Washington, è stato anche lui coinvolto in alcune scene d'azione estenuanti e mentre lui ha trovato alcune delle acrobazie difficili, insiste che non sono state troppo spaventose.
Ha detto alla rivista Empire: "Non abbiamo girato una scena con almeno una pagina di dialogo in un mese, ci sono un sacco di corse e salti in questo film, e ho un male al ginocchio e ho pure subito il waterboarding
"Avere qualcuno che ti versa l'acqua giù per il naso quando sei a testa in giù è un po 'difficile, anche se penso che i ragazzi che me l'hanno fatto erano più spaventati di me".

The Canadian actor plays CIA agent Matt Weston in the forthcoming action thriller and was very involved in his character's stunts, despite movie bosses having hired a double for his more physical scenes. He said: "I was fighting this guy for five hours and we're finishing it later. "The fights in this movie are really long and extensive and they're ugly and there's biting and head-butting. Canadian Kung fu, we call it. "I keep seeing a stunt guy dressed like me but they don't seem to want to put him in. I'm a wreck, but then I get to say, 'That's me getting my ass kicked by a 300lb mercenary'." Ryan's co-star Denzel Washington has also been involved in some gruelling action scenes and while he has found some of the stunts tricky, he insists they haven't been too scary. He told Empire magazine: "We haven't done a scene with a page of dialogue in a month. There's a lot of running and jumping in this film, and I've got a bad knee and I got waterboarded. "Having someone pour water down your nose when you're upside-down is a bit difficult, although the guys doing it to me were more scared than I was I think."
